Terms and Conditions of Elhurt Expert online store
This document defines the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, the rights and obligations of Buyers and the Seller, as well as the rules for complaints and withdrawal from the contract.
§ 1 Definitions
Seller / Service Provider – P.H.U. EL-HURT I SP. JAWNA E. JAKIMIUK N. JAKIMIUK with its registered office at ul. Piłsudskiego 11, 17-100 Bielsk Podlaski, VAT ID (NIP): 5431732182. Store – the online store operated by the Seller at: elhurtexpert.pl. Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Store.

§ 3 Technical requirements
To use the Store, you need: a device with Internet access, a current web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, and an active e-mail account.
§ 4 Customer Account
Creating an Account is voluntary. The Account allows you to view order history, track order status, and save data for future purchases. The Buyer is obliged to keep login details confidential.
§ 5 Placing orders
The Buyer places an order by adding a product to the cart, selecting delivery and payment methods, providing data, and confirming with the "Buy and pay" button. A sales contract is concluded the moment the order is placed.
§ 6 Prices, payments, and promotions
All prices are gross prices and include VAT. The Seller applies the Omnibus Directive regulations regarding price reductions. Available payment methods: traditional bank transfer, Przelewy24, BLIK, payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash on delivery, and payment upon personal collection.
§ 7 Order fulfillment and delivery
The fulfillment time is up to 30 days. Deliveries are made within Poland via courier companies, parcel lockers, and pickup points. Personal collection at the Seller's premises is also possible.
§ 8 Right of withdrawal
An eligible Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To streamline this process, please use our online form. Upon withdrawal, the Seller refunds payments within 14 days.
§ 9 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, perishable items, sealed products (hygienic) opened after delivery, audio/video recordings, or digital content delivered without a tangible medium if performance has begun.
§ 10 Complaints and conformity of goods
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract. Complaints can be submitted via the Contact page. The Seller handles the claim within 14 days.
§ 11 Product reviews
Reviews come exclusively from customers who have purchased the product in the Store. The Seller verifies reviews and removes unlawful or spam content.
§ 12 Personal data and cookies
The Seller is the data controller. Detailed rules for data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
§ 13 Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use mediation or the ADR platform. Detailed information is available on the UOKiK website.
§ 14 Provisions regarding entrepreneurs
For Buyers who are not Consumers, the Seller's liability under warranty is excluded. In disputes with entrepreneurs, the court competent for the Seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
§ 15 Final provisions
The Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication. Contracts are concluded in the Polish language and are subject to Polish law.
